Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all courses, workshops, services, platforms, and materials provided by SEAFITPRO Co., Ltd, located at 19/86 Sukhumvit Suite Building, 10th Floor, Sukhumvit Soi 13, Khlong Toei Nuea, Vadhana, Bangkok 10110.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any SEAFITPRO product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SEAFITPRO partners with NASM, Eleiko, Lionel University (USA), and other educational and industry organizations. Certain courses and certifications may include additional partner-specific requirements.

1. COURSE TYPES & ACCESS

SEAFITPRO provides:

  • Online, self-paced education
  • Live workshops in Bangkok
  • Hybrid online + live programs
  • NASM CPT certification pathway
  • Continuing education courses
  • Corporate training (when applicable)

Access Period

Unless otherwise stated, all online course access lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.

Access may be revoked if:

  • Login credentials are shared
  • Materials are copied, distributed, or misused
  • Policies, instructions, or exam rules are breached

All course materials, videos, manuals, and resources are for individual use only.

Completion Deadline

Students have 12 months from purchase to complete the NASM CPT program, including any required assessments.

CPR / First Aid Requirement

A valid and current CPR/First Aid certificate is required before sitting the final theory exam, in accordance with NASM requirements.

Theory Exam Attempts

Students receive:

  • Three attempts at the NASM theory exam included in the course fee

If all three attempts are used, a re-exam fee (set by SEAFITPRO) will apply.

Practical Exams

There is no practical exam for the NASM CPT course delivered by SEAFITPRO unless a partner organization requires one.

3. PAYMENT POLICIES

  • All purchases are final.
  • SEAFITPRO does not offer installment plans.
  • Full payment must be made at checkout.
  • If any payment fails or is reversed, access may be suspended until resolved.

4. CANCELLATION, TRANSFER & REFUND POLICY

Refunds

No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

All payments are final, regardless of course usage or completion status.

Course Transfers

Students may request:

  • Course date changes
  • Course switches to another program

These are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

Transfers are only possible if SEAFITPRO can accommodate the request.

Transfer to Another Person

Transfers to another individual are not permitted.

5. WORKSHOP POLICIES (LIVE TRAINING IN BANGKOK)

Cancellation Fee

If a student cancels a workshop within 7 days of the scheduled start:

  • A 3,500 THB fee applies
  • This allows one rebooking to another available date

No-Show Policy

If a student does not attend a workshop without prior notice:

  • The workshop session is forfeited
  • No rebooking will be provided

Medical Exceptions

If the student provides a legitimate medical certificate:

  • SEAFITPRO will reschedule the workshop
  • No penalty fee applies

Workshop Conduct

  • Seating and participation spots may be limited
  • SEAFITPRO reserves the right to adjust schedules or instructors if needed

6. HEALTH & LIABILITY

By enrolling in or attending any SEAFITPRO course or workshop, you confirm that:

  1. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
  2. You have no medical condition that may be aggravated by physical activity or workshop participation.
  3. SEAFITPRO is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
  4. You are responsible for your own personal belongings at all venues.

SEAFITPRO may deny participation to any student who appears unfit to safely join an activity.

7. STUDENT ACCESS & MATERIAL RESTRICTIONS

Students agree to the following:

  • Login details must not be shared with any other person
  • Course content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed
  • SEAFITPRO may suspend access for misuse
  • Manual downloads, course PDFs, videos, and teaching materials remain SEAFITPRO’s property
  • Recording live workshops is not allowed without express permission

Any breach may result in immediate and permanent loss of access.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All SEAFITPRO content — including manuals, presentations, videos, graphics, course structures, teaching methods, logos, and brand elements — is protected by copyright.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce any course content
  • Record live training sessions without consent
  • Use SEAFITPRO’s name, brand, or materials commercially without permission

Photos and videos may be taken by SEAFITPRO at live courses for marketing and educational purposes.

Students may inform staff if they prefer not to be included.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO AT WORKSHOPS

  • SEAFITPRO may capture photo and video content during workshops.
  • This content may be used in marketing, social media, and educational materials.
  • Students who do not wish to appear in media must notify staff at the start of the session.
  • Students may take personal photos/videos, provided they do not disrupt the workshop or capture other participants without consent.
  • Setting up unattended tripods or filming full workshop sessions is not allowed.

10. PRIVACY & DATA USE (PDPA COMPLIANT)

SEAFITPRO collects personal data necessary for:

  • Course registration and access
  • Student support
  • Certification processing
  • Email communication
  • Marketing updates

By enrolling, you consent to receive:

  • Course-related emails
  • Marketing and promotional messages
  • Newsletter communications

You may unsubscribe at any time.

SEAFITPRO does not sell personal data to third parties.

Data is processed according to Thailand’s PDPA requirements.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

SEAFITPRO may update or revise these Terms at any time.

Continued use of SEAFITPRO services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
