Rob Cook has worked throughout Australia, UK, Europe, Nth America and Asia as a coach and presenter who settled in Bangkok, Thailand and established his facility, NewMoves & NewMoves Pro.

Rob is a regional educator and Master Trainer for NASM and has been responsible for delivering specialist courses and establishing teams of presenters throughout Asia. As a coach, he has worked with some of Asia’s top athletes, celebrities and C-suite executives.

Rob’s success as both a coach and presenter has stemmed from his extreme passion for movement, his love of the ‘art and science’ of coaching and his ability to understand the psychology behind it all which gives him the ability to adapt to the individual to truly optimize results in both the classroom and training arena.
